COVID-19 and Makedo
Deliveries from Makedo HQ will continue during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please note that although we will do our best to send your order as quickly as possible, delays may occur as our Melbourne warehouse is operating at a reduced capacity.
Orders will be processed every Monday and Thursday until further notice.
Authority To Leave (ATL) - COVID-19
The safety of our partners, retailers and customers is our priority. As the cases of COVID-19 increase, to limit contact when delivering orders, all carriers are now defaulting deliveries to authority to leave (ATL) where possible and will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer/receiver.
How will delivery work?
- The driver will knock or ring the bell, place the goods on the ground and step away.
- If your customer is at the delivery address, they will have the authority to note the full name of the customer instead of obtaining a physical signature.

If the delivery address is unattended and the driver considers there to be a safe area to leave the goods, ATL will be followed and no name obtained.
- Once the goods are left in a safe area, delivery drivers will do their best to make a note of the location or take a picture as proof of delivery.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery to Australia:
Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 2 business days and generally arrive
Delivery to New Zealand:
Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 2 business days and generally arrive
How will we know when our order has been dispatched?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped from our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is available for Express Shipping only. We will email you a tracking number once it is available (usually 1-2 days after shipment).
Tracking is NOT available for Standard shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to valid PO Box and military addresses. However, we can only ship by Standard Shipping as this method does not require a signature on receipt.
What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?
If you have not received your order by the estimated arrival date in your confirmation email, first check with your local post office to see if they are holding your order. If after this your order cannot be located, please contact our customer support team at: hello@make.do
